Gemini V1.04

The following changes were made in this release:

Improved behaviour of group properties editor for multiple groups
Group properties editor now imposes a minimum of 1 day after which messages will be tidied
Column settings may now be saved for multiple groups and reset to defaults
Added menu options for Work Offline and for columns menu previously only available as a pop up over the group header
Identity wizard now allows creation of a signature
Fixed problems with find text in messages
Removed What's This buttons from wizards
Toolbar creation now controlled by config file settings (UI to follow)
